1. De-labeling Printing Is Becoming a Trend

Removing labels helps enhance wearing comfort and addresses the shortcomings of traditional labels in terms of durability, legibility, and wash resistance.
Moreover, de-labeling eliminates concerns about cutting or damage to garments.

 


2. A Single Printing Technology Cannot Meet Complex Production Needs

● The screen-printing process is cumbersome, making small-batch production costly;

● Printing on irregular surfaces (such as buttons, zippers, and logos) is challenging;

● Multi-color overprinting and registration are difficult due to insufficient machine precision, which slows down production.

 

 

3. Pad Printing Is the Only or Best Solution for Printing Small Labels on Finished Garments

Most traditional garment manufacturers only recognize “screen printing” or “heat transfer printing.” However, screen printing has limitations: it requires fabrics to be absolutely flat. Yet, finished garments often feature curved necklines, uneven side seams, and soft fabrics.
Forcing screen printing onto such surfaces results in poor adhesion of the screen mesh, leading to incomplete patterns, ghosting, or even damage to the fabric.

 

In contrast, pad printing offers significant advantages: it uses a flexible silicone pad that acts like a stamp, adapting effortlessly to uneven surfaces.
It can perfectly “snap into place” in just one second, covering curved necklines, cuffs, or pleats with ease.
