A few months ago, an Indonesian customer first contacted the Winneo team via an online inquiry. During our in-depth conversation, we learned that the customer had previously purchased a small pad printer, but its printing speed was insufficient to meet the needs of their current orders. With the parameters adjusted in place, the new batch of products came out with clear and complete patterns and sharp edges. The problem of incomplete transfer that had troubled us for a long time was solved with the guidance of someone thousands of miles away.
