If your pad printing machine produces intermittent patterns, check these key areas: First, inspect the ink basin—ensure there is sufficient ink and its viscosity is appropriate (thin with diluent if too thick) to ensure even ink transfer on the roller. Second, examine the pad: worn, aged, or debris-covered pads (clean with alcohol or replace if damaged) can cause poor ink pickup. Finally, check pressure and alignment: uneven pressure between the steel plate and pad, or misaligned workpieces, may lead to inconsistent contact. Adjust for firm, stable contact to resolve intermittent printing issues.
